Complaints

If you feel unhappy about any aspect of the WDB service that you have received you should raise the issue immediately with the relevant WDB person concerned. 

If this does not resolve the issue, please raise any outstanding concerns with the Operations Manager in writing via the WDB website. The Operations Manager will endeavour to answer/resolve the matter on receipt of the complaint, but if not able to do so, as soon as reasonably practical thereafter.

If this initial contact does not address your concerns, you should put your complaint in writing to the Company Secretary at the following address: Western Dales Bus, The Cottage, Flintergill, Dent, Sedbergh, LA10 5QR.  We will then investigate the complaint, offer to meet you after the investigation, if considered appropriate, and provide a detailed reply to you, including a suggested resolution, if appropriate.

Safeguarding

Western Dales Bus is committed to safeguarding children and vulnerable persons, and will work in collaboration with all legal and caring agencies to achieve this and to ensure that all service users are protected from harm through abuse or exploitation at all times.

This website does not collect any personal information unless you contact us either by email, or on the Contact Us page of this website, or when arranging a private hire booking. The personal information you supply, including your email address, will be used only to respond to your message or arrange your private hire.
